Terms and Conditions

1. E&OE.
2. Prices exclude VAT.
3. There is a margin of error for a print run of up to 10%, usually called "unders and overs". These will be charged accordingly.
4. Artwork should be supplied as vector eps or CorelDraw files. High resolution jpgs and tiffs may be acceptable. Additional artwork will be charged at our standard hourly rate, agreed in advance of doing any work.
5. Proposal and costs are subject to sight of artwork.
6. Cancellations: charges will be made for all work done and all materials bought.
7. Variants in the printing process may mean final colours differ slightly from those shown on design proposals.
8. Orders are usually dispatched with 20 working days of receipt of artwork unless otherwise stated.
9. The origination charge will increase if there are 2 or more colours in a logo.
10. Personalisation included on all items - one colour in one position unless otherwise stated. Origination and carriage extra.
